Google AdSense also has its own set of restrictions, and even with sanctions easing, access to the service within Syria still exist.

As of July 21, 2025, it remains unavailable in Syria. Despite the lifting of many U.S. sanctions, Google states that it must comply with sanctions imposed by the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). Jordan, Turkey, Lebanon, etc. This of course changes by the minute so... I went and looked at the recent stream and I regret it. Nothing can be trusted as per usual. She has absolutely complained about a lack of cash flow, but she also claimed last night she hasn't spent a single dime! How convenient. But don't worry, they are giving away "Money Rides" and "Salah always gives money to kids for treats". These clips are cut but in chronological order, also I used a picture because she has the camera turned off.

Google has not officially responded to the request, discussions in Google Help forums.

Google currently does not operate in Syria. While the US has lifted sanctions on Syria, Google AdSense is not yet available in Syria. This is because Google needs time to adjust its systems and comply with new regulations, even after sanctions are lifted, according to Google Help.

https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/6167308?hl=en still lists Syria as not accepting AdSense.

At the least it seems as if the issue isn't clear either way.

I'd like to close the case about sand fleas (jiggers) sperging:
They are not endemic to this geographic area, it's a sub-tropical species that originates from South America, now also found in sub-Saharan areas.
Sand flies which can carry parasites that cause Leishmaniasis can be found in Syria, it's a serious diseases so if the fatass caught that it is safe to assume she'd be ER beezing all day.

Chantal's profound ignorance and Occam's razor should naturally lead us to assume she most likely got benign bites from fleas,

Yes, and the answer is basically that we can't know. The US lifted sanctions in Syria effective July 1st, 2025, but it's taking some companies time to actually operationalize the reversal. The interim government in Syria is very new, unstable, and almost no actual policy information is available online (this is why fag LLMs always reference stuff from the Assad government which is no longer valid or correct).

US-based sanctions have been lifted for all businesses and individuals other than specific exceptions for certain named entities (Assad himself, chemical weapons manufacturers, and profiteers that fund the illicit drug trade, Al-Qa'ida and ISIS). If Chantal isn't currently earning her AdSense money, she will be as soon as Google implements the change.

...Unless she joins ISIS. Somebody wake me up if that happens.

Yes. The list of countries that don't get ads is longer than the list of countries under US sanctions, like Albania and Mongolia. This list is supposedly constantly updated: Youtube Monetized Markets
