But yeah, Luna appears not to understand that people with some kind of photo ID card related to their employment only usually carry them in holders like that because there is some kind of rule or requirement that if they are at work, it has to be fucking visible. Luna barely interacts with humans outside of Lurch and social workers/medical staff who deal with her in a professional capacity, so this fuckin smoothbrain is carrying her government ID on display like that thinking it's just a normal thing people do...
