Never have I seen anyone in the health field be so vocal about exposing private details of patients and employees, and to cap it all off putting it on a social media platform for the whole world to see. With an aura of smug superiority no other lolcow can rival, white woman Savannah Jane Malm has gained notoriety on TikTok for doxing people and trying to get them fired for not bowing to woke orthodoxy. She's a pharmacist (lactation consultant/Pharm.D/IBCLC) and disguises her Karening over others' improper mask-wearing as genuine concern, often trying to use her training to argue as though she is a public health authority. She's also tried to get nurses fired for making fake vaccine card jokes and random people banned from airlines because they wore the wrong kind of mask. In other words, Malm has less of a life than the denizens of this site despite having an actual child she should be taking care of.

In this video, someone who Savannah targeted decided not to completely abandon a career in medicine after her attempt at cancelling him. One of her followers messaged him on Instagram about how he had been offensive or something, and he rudely told the guy off, thus giving Savannah more fuel to try to get him kicked out of med school again:

As for the LPN and pharmacy techs, the main thing I disagree with her on is calling them “health care professionals”. She’s making it sound like they’re more than what they are to justify the doxxing and trashing.
In reality, these are entry-level positions and easily replaceable. There’s always extremely weird med assistants, PCAs, and pharmacy techs. Some are completely anti-science, yet for some reason work in healthcare. Thankfully, They aren’t allowed to make actual health decisions for patients for a reason. So they’re harmless (with the exception of standing orders). Most are there because they need a job rather than have any enthusiasm for the field that they’re in.

I can’t wait for the saga where she gets reported for violating HIPPA and runs to TikTok to cry and scream about it.

If her sister works at a pharmacy where the speds she targeted go for their Rx, then yes it’s a HIPAA violation. If she used a patient database to dox, yes it’s a HIPAA violation. It would be pretty easy to prove as any PHI accessed has to be logged. Action would have been taken by now as HIPAA cases are very quick. Some can even be taken up the same-day as the act. The video that Brittany girl posted was very questionable, and the second video had a guy just repeating what the first video said. I don’t trust anyone who uses terms like “my government name”. Also when trying to search that first Brittany girl, this came up and I just can’t.

Im not going to join the faux outrage against doxxing itself when its kind of the modus operandi of the farms, but using the doxx to contact their job / school program is incredibly messed up. The guy wasn’t even in medical school yet. He would have likely learned a lot, and I don't really care if he called someone “ghetto”. The whole point of schooling is to learn and medical school covers a lot more than just the study of medicine. The patient-provider interaction portion would have benefitted him greatly and now thanks to her he probably won’t be getting that great of an education. She’s regressive by her own standards.
Also, He would have likely changed his stance on breastfeeding, if Savannah was medically correct. People tend to change those positions when learning from authoritative figures in their field. I hope the school only warned him about online etiquette rather than expelled him. If he was new to the program, he unfortunately likely got expelled.
